Cannot get it to work at all

Same day response from developer! They are working on fixing the issues.

Tried changing settings as described in troubleshooting. Keyboard area remains blank. Using iPhone 6s+. Hoping it can be fixed soon. Happy to help test if needed. Once fixed Ill change my rating.
